Located in Quinta das Salinas, within the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, the villa is located a 5 minute walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where you will find a locally renowned restaurant, bar and the water sports centre. The beach is a 20 minute walk away.

The property has an electric entry system, alarm system and electric shutters throughout- with a central control panel by the front door. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, available for a weekly supplement.

The main open plan living and dining area is on the entrance level of the property. Beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from this room with triple patio doors leading to the upper poolside terrace. A wall mounted flat screen TV will entertain you with a wide range of English language cable channels available, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, to name but a few.

Next to the dining area, with table for 8 persons, is the fully equipped kitchen, with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric hobs,oven, extractor and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. On the lower level of the villa is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the lower (garden) level of the property is the superb multi-purpose games and entertainment room complete with pool table, table tennis table, bar, chess table, TV and DVD player.

A real feature of Tiger Lilly is the superb first floor South facing terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub (heated for a weekly supplement). From this extensive area, the far reaching ocean views are at their best and this is a great, private place to relax and unwind.

The lower main pool is at garden level and this pool measures 12 x 6 metres with steps entry. The upper second pool is on the entrance level of the villa, and is accessed either directly from the entrance level living areas or via the shaded side terrace complete with gas BBQ and food preparation area. Free form in shape, the upper pool measures approximately 10 x 6 metres and from the poolside terrace you can enjoy the sea views. Lower pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge via electric and solar energy. The solar energy is included free of charge and the electric heat pumps are available as back-up or can be booked in advance. (Minimum payment 7 days heating).

At the front of the property, there is a spacious forecourt with plenty of room for parking. From the forecourt, stone steps lead down to the attractive side lawn gardens.

The villa is located a 5 minute walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where you will find the Casa do Lago restaurant, the trendy Shack bar and the water sports centre. The beach is a 20 minute walk away. Quinta shopping, with designer boutiques and eateries, is a 5 minute drive away.

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a double room with an en suite bathroom and doors to a terrace that joins with the upper pool deck. Bedroom three is the Master suite complete with double bed, separate sitting area, doors to the upper pool terrace, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, safe and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bath and large walk-in shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this entrance level.

Bedrooms four, five and six are on the lower (garden) level of the property. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the lower main pool. Bedroom five is a double room with an en suite shower room and doors leading to the same terrace overlooking the main pool. Bedroom six is a smaller double room with windows to the side lawn garden.
