There is a Music System with two speakers in the outside covered BBQ area. The 8 sun loungers and day beds are enough for eleven people. The swimming pool measures approximately 12 metres x 6 metres and can be heated upon request. Next to the pool is the small synthetic putting green. The sitting room has two large sofas and a flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc.

The dining area has a large Italian wooden table and chairs which seats a maximum of ten people. There is a smart TV room with music system and PlayStation 3, which includes a three seat sofa and two puffs. On the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a terrace, flat screen TV and dressing room. The second en suite bedroom can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom and also has a terrace, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Both rooms have a table and chairs on the terrace. One the first floor is the master bedroom which can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom, with a wall mounted flat screen TV, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom four features a pull-out sofa bed and has a private terrace. Bedroom five is another master suite with a king size bed, dressing area, balcony, flat screen TV, Music System and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, an island with electric & gas hobs and extractor and a TV. Located in Quinta do Lago, within walking distance of Quinta Shopping and Buganvilia Plaza, where there is restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
