An imposing and very attractive villa with luxurious accommodation spread over three floors in this sought after location. It's beautifully furnished and completed to a high standard, it also offers an impressive list of features that include both indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and sauna, full air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Located in the Encosta do Lago development within Quinta do Lago, at its heart are communal facilities that include a lovely communal pool and snack bar, tennis courts, gym facilities, an elegant bar and beautiful restaurant within a few minutes walk of your villa. Also close by is the Lake where you can enjoy sailing or windsurfing, tuition is available or you can go out in a pedallo before retiring to the wonderfully relaxed restaurant next door.

On the uppermost floor is the master suite, the spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, a cosy sitting area and sliding doors to a large terrace with superb views over the pool and villas dotted between the umbrella pines; there's a dressing area and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower stall. Next to it is a large twin bedroom with TV, doors to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower stall.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with doors to a small terrace and en suite bathroom; very spacious twin bedroom with TV, doors to the terrace and en suite bathroom with over-bath shower and a smaller twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. The living accommodation is also located on the first floor, it has a lovely fitted kitchen with granite worktops and an island with feature extractor, it's very well equipped if you enjoy catering on holiday. There's a door to the terrace with an outdoor sitting and dining area with delightful views over the gardens and the outdoor pool, there's also a conveniently located barbecue.

Beside the kitchen is the elegant formal dining room with high-back chairs and glass table, it opens into the attractive lounge, with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV, the patio doors in the living and dining rooms let in lots of light and also open to the first floor terrace sitting and dining area.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with doors to the terrace and adjacent bathroom with over-bath shower. Along the corridor are the steam room and gym, then into the indoor pool room, the pool is always heated so it's never too cold to swim and you can enjoy a game of table tennis or table football. Doors from the pool room open to the garden and the outdoor pool, also accessed by steps down from the first floor terrace. The pool terrace is well furnished with comfortable loungers and the pool has Roman steps in the shallow end, set in lovely gardens with lawns and borders with exotic shrubs give privacy.

The villa and community of Encosta do Lago lies within the exclusive Quinta do Lago estate, which covers over 2000 acres of manicured greenery that includes world-class golf courses and pretty waterside country within the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Here you can walk two nature trails with the option to further explore the reserve by boat.The nearest water is at the water sports centre on the beautiful Quinta do Lago lake which is a short 600m walk. The spectacular beach at Quinta do Lago and other beautiful beaches in the area are within a 10 minute drive, there's an impressive footbridge over the Ria Formosa river to reach the golden sands of Quinta do Lago. Visitors will also enjoy an impressive choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars offering a sophisticated atmosphere in the Quinta shopping mall, located near the entrance into the estate.
