Coastal Contemporary is a two-Storey villa with private infinity pool, overlooking the Atlantic. Decorated in a clean and contemporary Mediterranean style in striking whites, blues and silvers, the villa comprises 4 spacious suites - three downstairs and one upstairs - each with king-size twin beds, en suite bathroom, lounge and terrace. The master suite features its own full-size lounge/dining area, whilst the upstairs suite also includes a private steam bath. The villa also includes a main lounge, a breakfast kitchen, extensive gardens with gazebo, poolside patio, and a rooftop sun terrace with rain shower, making it ideal for outdoor living and entertaining.

Coastal Contemporary has been decorated and furnished with some of the world’s leading names in decor, furnishings, fittings, accessories and home entertainment, including 47´ LED TV in the living rooms and 42´LED Smart TVs in all bedrooms, all equipped with internet, YouTube TV and Nonius, Dedon fashionable outdoor furniture, such as the famous Nestrest, and bathroom amenities from Claus Porto.
