Casa d'Agua has a secured gated driveway to the front of the property with plenty of parking space. The covered terraces include a gas BBQ and dining tables. The infinity pool measures 16 x 6m and can be heated upon request, has a motorized cover and is chlorine free with a saline system.

The pool bar has underwater bar stools and there is also a poolside Jacuzzi. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds; one with permanent shade. The well manicured garden has a gate at the end which provides access to a pathway going down to the beach.

From the main entrance, Italian vaulted doors open into the open plan living/dining area with a 180 degree sea view, a Baby Grand Piano and access to the covered Alfresco dining areas. The living room has a wall mounted TV with full Sky package available, Blu- Ray DVD and Bose sound system. There is also a guest cloakroom next to the hallway. The entertainment space on the lower level overlooks the pool area. There is a sitting area, with full package Sky TV, DVD player and Bose sound system with iPod connection. There is a fully equipped gym with a 100" plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available.

Gym equipment includes a cross trainer, 2 exercise bikes, Technogym multi-gym, 2 x running machines and 2 x rowing machines. Next to the Gym there is a shower room. Facing the pool, there is the guesthouse. Upstairs there is a bar in the lounge area with a plasma TV, Meo cable channels, DVD player and Bose sound systems and a covered terrace. All of the bedrooms in Casa d'Agua have plasma TVs and double beds apart from one bedrooms in the guest house which is a twin.

Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a double bedroom with a walk-in dressing area and en suite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower unit and dressing area. Four further bedroom are located on the same lower level as the gym. One with doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room with gold coloured tiles. Another with a dressing area and en suite bathroom with unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button.

On the ground floor of the guest house, there are 3 bedrooms; one with twin beds, satellite channels and DVD player and en suite with hydro-massage shower; and the other two suites have double beds with DVD players and en suite bathrooms.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and grill facility, an American fridge/freezer, 4 wine coolers, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, hot plate, grill, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker, icemaker and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and ironing board.

Casa d'Agua is located within close distance of the Olhos d'Agua resort. There are a selection of restaurants, a beach, bars and a large supermarket close to hand.
