A 5 bedroom modern villa with a unique positioning within Quinta do Lago boasting fantastic panoramic views of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and ocean. This property comprises a renovated, fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area and a spacious lounge on a split level featuring a gas fireplace. All living areas have access to the exterior terrace which includes a heated swimming pool, landscaped garden and enough space for the sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Algarvian hot weather.

Covered terraces are also provided with sitting and dining areas to make the most of the summer BBQs while listening to the best tunes on the surround sound system. On the ground floor, there are 3 spacious bedroom suites, 2 of which are double beds and 1 of which is a twin bed, cloakroom and a laundry. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and features a big 4K TV screen, a gas fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe, an office and access to the private terrace where one can really appreciate the surrounding, breathtaking views.

The 5th bedroom is located in the lower level, and includes a kitchenette and TV area. Also on the lower level a gymnasium and a ping-pong table. Blue Skies is well located as it is within walking distance to the beach, water-sports lake and within a short driving distance from all local amenities!
