Deep Blue is 250 sqm, Zakynthian style 4 bedroom villa with PRIVATE pool and hydro massage area and direct access to the sea and impressive Priest’s caves. Offers privacy, breathtaking sea views, comfortable accommodation and facilities for 8 up to 9 persons.

The main villa has 3 bedrooms and is splitting on three levels. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Lower floor: overlooking the sea living room with fireplace and exit to 80sqm covered veranda with dining table for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs: one double bedroom (40 sqm) and a twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces with sea view. The Guesthouse: it's an independent part of Deep Blue Villa, 50 sqm air-conditioned studio with his own privacy and beautiful sea view to Kefalonia Island and pool.

Our villas are on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The surrounding of the villas includes: aromatic herbal gardens, sun beds, beach chairs, traditional village style oven and BBQ.

The villa is by the seaside, the coast is only 70 m away down a stone path. It has direct access to the legendary and impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. There you can swim in the crystal water and see the caves which are famous for their bright blue color. The sea area is good for fishing with a big variety of Mediterranean fishes.

Various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. There are canoes, snorkeling and fishing equipment, mountain bikes and an astronomical observatory available for guests' use. Use of a speedboat can be arranged, at extra cost, as well as water sports activities, fishing trips and boat excursions.

Blue Caves Adventures

The magnificent Blue Caves are one of the islands natural attractions and some of the most beautiful in Greece They are located on the coast just below our Villas and the lighthouse at Cape Skinari.

The Blue Caves are famous for the reflection and diffusion of sunlight within the caves; turning the water into an impressive azure translucent blue. It is certainly worth renting a boat or taking a boat trip which departs a short distance from the Villas and to stop at the numerous caves, bays and swimming spots around the area including the famous Shipwreck.

The beaches of Zakynthos are famous for their unspoilt beauty and crystal clear emerald waters. There are a number of beaches and undiscovered coves surrounding Blue Caves, with the closest located 2.5 km from the Villas. This is the easily accessible, beach of Agios Nikolaos.

A further 4km along the coastal road takes you to the beautiful Makris Gialos beach. It has a sandy seashore and its crystal waters are ideal for snorkelers who love to explore the sea caves. By travelling a further 2 km from Makris Gialos you will find Xigia beach with bright turquoise waters, white pebble sand and stark cliffs.

Xigia beach is known for its therapeutic Sulphur Springs and mineral waters which flow up from the seabed. These natural spring waters are particularly rich in collagen and make the water highly therapeutic and extremely relaxing.
