This beautiful Villa offers outstanding comfort and a peaceful private haven with stunning views over the Var valley. With 4 bedrooms in the main building which are en suite plus the self contained 2 bed annex with 1 bathroom.

Rarely can you find such a quite haven, with beautiful surroundings and true comfort. The villa was designed as a private home, not a holiday property and therefore is beautifully finished with a Provencal Chic style and lashings of lovely luxury home design touches.

The villa has a heated swimming pool, large terraces, woodland gardens of 5 acres, stunning outdoor eating areas, indoor comfort and luxury with WiFi, a beautiful well equipped kitchen. Ideal for families, large groups and all who are looking for peace and a great space for entertaining and private parties.

There is central heating throughout, built in air-conditioning in 3 bedrooms and mobile units in the other bedrooms. There are numerous terraces attached to the property offering both privacy and stunning vistas to accompany the beautifully landscaped gardens. The property also boasts a heated swimming pool, many pool toys and inflatables and a very shallow area for young children. A Boules Court. 12 sun loungers with cushions that can be placed around the pool or on the terraces. There are also 2 day-beds, one of which is situated under the Mulberry tree covered terrace along with numerous other outdoor seats and recliners. In fact, everywhere you look around the extensive grounds of 5 acres (20,000sq.m) there are seating areas, private terraces and sun-traps. We also now have a pool fence that can be erected to provide extra security with young ones around the pool. Please ask if you require this to be erected prior to check-in.

There are numerous beaches all within easy reach. The famous Club 55 at Pampleonne beach is a 25 minute drive, the private beaches at La Nartelle and Saint Maxime are a 10-15 minute drive and Port Grimaud is also a 15 minute drive. Boats can be easily rented within a 10-15 minute drive, along with numerous other water sport activities. Day trips by boat to Cannes or the local islands also go from Saint Maxime bay, 10-15 minutes from the villa. Please ask for more information.

There are 5 golf courses within 1 hour driving distance, the nearest is 10-15 minute. Skiing can be reached in 2 hours at Greolliers or Auron or Isola 2000 in 2.45 hours. Horse riding, white-water rafting, tennis, sailing and many other water-sports can be found within easy driving distance.
