The main 8 bedroom villa, one of the largest so proximate to the centre of Cannes, is listed in the Ministry of Culture web site due to its architecture and beautiful gardens with listed palm trees, umbrella pine, pyramid cypress, olives, yuccas, oleander and bamboo etc. Many of the paths use stone and lights specially imported from Bali.

The 2 bedroom cottage has been converted from garages to a high standard and is quite private from the villa. The villa and the cottage share the use of the gardens and a 12X5.5m heated salt water pool.

The villa also benefits from its own gym and cinema room. There is wi-fi throughout the whole site.

The villa can be let on its own or with the use of the cottage; the cottage will be let separately if the villa is not let to other guests and only being used by the owners.

There is little to compare Villa Beau Vida to in Cannes in terms of its architectural grandeur and gardens so close to the Croisette.

Main Villa: The main villa consists of 590m2 over 4 floors. The pool level hosts the gym, sitting room and a massive cinema room of 4.4 X 7.3m, which has surround sound. Stairs lead up to the ground floor which has kitchen, dining room, office with computer & printer and a triple reception that measures 13.8 x 4.5m. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, three of which have en-suite and two of which have adjacent bathrooms. On the top floor there are a further three en-suite double bedrooms.

The ground and first floors boast 3 ½ meter ceiling heights and original oak floors with Persian rugs. There is wi-fi connectivity throughout, satellite TV in the bedrooms and reversible air-conditioning. The dining room and the premier reception room lead onto a balustraded terrace of over 60m2 that looks over the pool and gardens and is perfect for al fresco dining. The Cottage: The air-conditioned 97m2 detached cottage was created from the former garages of the property and is approached via its own large private terrace of 40m2.

On the ground floor it consists of an Integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge of 9.3m x 4.5m, plus a separate wc. There are three sets of sliding glass doors giving the communal downstairs areas a light and airy feel.

There is a spiral wooden staircase leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Bedroom 1 measures 2.6m x 3.5m, with fitted wardrobes and double doors leading to a private balcony of 9m2.

Bedroom 2 is currently configured as two singles and measures 3.5m x 4.5m with fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms share this spacious bathroom of 3m x 1.7m and which has basin, WC and bath with shower.

The Outside Areas: The focus of the outside areas are the gardens and pool. The heated salt-water based swimming pool measures12m x 5.5m and has a tiled finish with Roman steps and maximum depth of 1.55m (5ft 1”).

There is a summer kitchen with gas barbecue and seating for 10 people. Next to the summer kitchen is a paved sunbathing area that measures 6.3m x 5.6m.

The gardens are organized around a 300m2 grass section, suitable for a relaxing snooze above the paved pool area. On the other side behind the pool walls is a kitchen garden devoted to fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. Around the site are sizeable palm trees, yuccas, pines, pyramid cypress, olives, oleander and bamboo etc. Many of the paths use stone and lights specially imported from Bali. There is space for uncovered parking for up to 5 cars. Access is through either of the automated gates at the top and the bottom of the property
