Just two blocks from the Palais Royal and the Louvre museum, stands an elegant and unspoilt Haussman building dating from his visionary remodelling of Paris in the 1870s. From the marble-floored large entrance lobby, the elevator takes you to this exceptionally large, 300 square metre, fourth floor apartment. Everything about its dimensions screams 'space' from the generous entrance hallway to the high ceilings, large reception rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that endow the apartment. The style of the apartment mixes original features with contemporary furnishings to deliver a chic, uncluttered sophistication that is at once aesthetically-pleasing and comfortable to live in.

There are four large bedrooms, the master with a Balinese four-poster bed and bright en suite bathroom, two with queen beds and the last equipped with twin beds – perfect for any children in the party. In all there are three bathrooms (two with bathtubs) and four WCs. The apartment comfortably accommodates eight people and in addition there is a king sofa bed in the study.

While you are slap bang in the middle of one of Paris' prime shopping areas, the building's elevated position and double glazing ensures peace and quiet, allowing you to experience the buzz of the city knowing that at the end of the day you can put your feet up on one of the huge corner sofas and enjoy a glass of chilled wine in serenity.
