TV, DVD Player, CD Player and direct Lake Views.

Doors leading from these rooms in the inner marbled hallway lead to the outside sunny Lake front Terrace, furnished with dining table, chairs, parasol, BBQ and Sun loungers.

The ground floor also offers guests a luxurious modernist fully fitted Kitchen, luxury Showerroom and charming and stylish entrance lobby.

A grand Marble staircase leads guests to the two accommodation floors, which are as beautifully decorated in similar grandeur as on the ground floor.

The accommodation sleeps upto a party of 10 comfortably and comprises a Master King Size bedroom with lake views and very tasteful classical furnishings, King size bedroom with lake view balcony, 2 further King Size bedrooms, closet room and a luxurious Marble Jacuzzi bathroom.

The second floor offers flexible accommodation and comprises 4 twin beds, 2 single beds and a third modern Bathroom. Skylights provide additional light into these spacious bedrooms.

This Villa provides much in the way of additional entertainment and services for guests, including: Private hire of the Villa's converitble Volvo, hire of the luxury Speedboat and Driver, Chef Service, Breakfast service, Waiter service, Internal transfers and a personal Holiday Diary scheduling your personal holiday programme, which can also be provided on request.
