Like Villa Maior, its sister property on the same domain, this villa is spacious and airy, with large French doors opening onto the garden and the romantic pergola; an ideal spot for your al fresco dinner or lazy morning breakfasts whilst enjoying the views.

All around the villa is a magnificent, ten-acre Mediterranean parkland which is a delight to explore; it includes palm trees, holm-oaks, myrtles and large lawn areas. This property will particularly suit an active family or group of friends wishing to make the most of the outdoor space. In fact, you can keep fit by walking down (and back up again) a long flight of steps to reach the secluded infinity pool and enjoy the impressive vista over the valley and sea. Alternatively, you can organise a friendly football match with the members of your party, without leaving the comfort of your villa on the exclusive Monte Argentario.

The ideal situation of this villa allows for easy exploration of the entire peninsula following the panoramic route (Strada Panoramica) whilst enjoying the striking views over the numerous bays, hidden coves, sandy beaches and rocky cliffs. You will also have the chance to venture through the Orbetello WWF natural park famous for its oyster beds, swim and scuba dive in exceptionally clear waters populated by a rich aquatic fauna. Life is vibrant both in Porto Santo Stefano, which is connected to Isola del Giglio by a regular ferry service, and in Porto Ercole.
