San Gimignano vacation home for holidays - Villa Ginestra is a former school house located in the pretty village of Iano near Montaione, enjoying stunning panoramic views towards Volterra and Val d' Era over a typical Tuscan landscape of rolling hills. It has been tastefully converted into two communicating ground-floor apartments, each with its own entrance, and so would be ideal for extended families.
The garden offers relaxation amongst olive trees, with a gazebo, wrought iron tables and chairs, barbecue and wood oven. The hills surrounding this villa rental near San Gimignano are mostly woodland. A cafe/pizzeria, restaurant and minimarket are all within walking distance.
Slightly further afield, tennis, golf and a riding school are just a short drive away and beautiful towns such as Montaione, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Pisa and Siena are easily reachable by car.
