Located on the top of a hill above the town of Arezzo, and consisting of 3 hectares of garden and woodland, both fenced, which completely surround the house, Villa Cristina boasts breathtaking views with a 360 degree-panorama of the beautiful Tuscan valleys and the town of Arezzo, one of the major Etruscan cities that encompasses works of art of exceptional value.

The villa is tastefully furnished with antiques and prized upholstery. Inside, it has all the amenities, large and bright spaces: living room with large sofas and Tv set with satellite receiver, dining room with large table and panoramic windows; fully equipped professional kitchen with 2 new dishwashers, all kinds of accessories, glasses, plates and cutlery, cookware, appliances, kitchen linens; utility room complete with washing machine, dryer and all the tools for ironing and cleaning; recreation room with library, selection of CDs and DVDs, guitar, table games, pinball 80’s, personal computer and a wonderful billiards table.

The bedrooms are on the first and second floor of the Villa and are 5, all with double beds and one with also a single bed comfortably accommodating up to 11 people. All very spacious, they are equipped with A/C, big wardrobes and private bathroom with bath or shower and all with park view windows. In each room guests will find complete set of sheets, bath towels, bathrobe with slippers and pool towel.

The Gazebo, structure made entirely of glass and curtains, elegant and refined with sofas and chairs for a complete poolside relaxation. In the gazebo guests will enjoy a wood burning fireplace, a wood burning pizza oven, a gas barbecue, a pellet stove for the colder months, a large refrigerator, a wood table with chairs for 12 people, living with tv set and hi-fi system. The Gazebo is also the setting for our wonderful swimming pool! With saltwater, it measures 13.50 x 7.30 meters and its deep is min 1.13 and max 1,65 meters. The pool is not fenced and there is no lifeguard service. There is an outdoor shower, sun beds and corners where guests can relax in the sun!

Near the pool, there is also our beautiful hydromassage hot tub with 5 seats, adjustable water temperature up to 40°C and different levels of massage for total relaxation by admiring the breathtaking panorama that surrounds you!

The verandas of Villa Cristina, all overlooking Arezzo and the surrounding valleys, are additional big and totally livable environments: the Fitness Gym veranda, near the pool for true fitness lovers. With Treadmill, Elliptical machine and a Weight Bench. The big Terrace with tennis table and football table for genuine moments of fun. The veranda in front of the kitchen, complete with stone table, comfortable chairs, immersed in the garden and framed by flowers and aromatic plants, perfect for breakfast or moments of relaxation during the day!

The gated property, with park and woods, allows guests to go walking under the trees, to do yoga in the grass or picnicking in the shade of the pines or just to relax in the hammock. The park is perfect for children to run and play with the great variety of games, suitable for all ages.

Speaking about the position of the Villa, we can certainly say that it is located in a very strategic location, pleasing the nature lovers who want to be immersed in the countryside without noises of the town and at the same time pleasing also city lovers who want to reach the downtown and all the amenities within a few minutes by car.

Villa Cristina is located at the top of a hill, in a very quiet residential district composed only of independent private villas and a private tennis club, “the Sporting club”. The nearest restaurant is down the hill at about 1 km, just inside the “Sporting club”, and the nearest supermarket and essential shops are about 2 kms and provides all kinds of products. The downtown of Arezzo with the train station and all the best restaurants and best shops is about 4 kms far from the villa.
