The villa’s high ceilings and fine stucco detail are complemented by far reaching views of the lavish landscaped grounds, which serve as an idyllic back drop. The grand ground floor hallway leads to an array of receptions rooms, including a spacious living room with splendid picture bay window. Furnished with plush chesterfield sofas and deep leather lounge chairs, guests can easily relax here with a book, glass of wine or a favourite movie to the SAT TV and DVD player provided. Wi-Fi access also ensures guests can keep up to date with the outside world. From the lavish regal comfort of the parquet floor room, a formal separate dining room for 12 offers an elegant setting for dinner parties and memorable get-togethers. A separate fully equipped kitchen is also on hand to provide all the must-have appliances for carefree entertaining. For guests’ further convenience, private catering and chef hire can also be arranged by us for an extra cost; for the ultimate way to celebrate that special occasion!

The elegant setting of the dining room is perfectly complemented by an alfresco dining area for 12, which can be found within the romantic setting of the delightful garden. A BBQ also offers the opportunity for hosting relaxed summertime gatherings here in the warmer months.

Upstairs guests can really take in the full magnificence of the villa, with an ornate open balcony overlooking the ground floor hallway. Leading off from this splendid feature, 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms await. All offering an effortless mix of period style and chic contemporary furniture, each bedroom provides a boutique-style sanctuary in which guests can easily unwind and enjoy a tempting holiday slumber.

Two fabulous double bedroom suites both feature luxury en-suite bathrooms (1 with a bath tub, the other with a power shower) making them ideal for couples staying. A spacious twin bedroom with joinable beds and a luxury en suite shower also offers a flexible arrangement to suit couples. Two further double bedrooms and 6th bedroom furnished with twin beds complete the versatile villa’s sleeping accommodation.

Three shared bathrooms with power showers also feature for guests’ convenience. The sumptuous villa is fully equipped with modern laundry facilities and also offers private parking.

Within the spectacular villa grounds, guests will also find a fabulous private pool and sunny terrace lined with sun loungers. The evening here also offers a truly ambient setting, with night lights illuminating its palm trees and flowers, for a truly romantic wonderland.

From the charming setting of Mandello del Lario, guests are within a 15 minute drive away from the cosmopolitan highlights and Milan train links of Lecco. Car hire can also be found in the city alongside a wealth of modern shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The beautiful resort town of Bellagio is situated within a 45 minute drive away, allowing guests the perfect excuse to sightsee, relax at the chic Lido for the day and enjoy the many cafes and shops here. The car and passenger ferry service also allows guests to easily hop on and reach the other famous resort towns of Varenna, Cadenabbia and Menaggio.
