The villa is designed to maximise outdoor living; the accommodation is spread over two floors, each with easy access to the spacious lush garden through large sliding doors and a slope leads from the upper garden onto the vast roof which is fully tiled to create a terrace in the treetops – not safe for children of course, but what a unique feature for adults to enjoy! All around the tall pine trees maintain privacy as well as creating many pleasant shady corners to enjoy during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is ideal for a refreshing dip and a 300-metre stroll through the woods brings you to the beautiful sandy beach. Although not private, the beach almost feels as such; in fact the main road is set well away from the coast, making it difficult to access, which means you can while away the hours on a semi-deserted beach even in peak season! That must be the reason why celebrities and politicians choose to spend their holidays in this idyllic hideaway.

Known as Maremma, this stretch of the Southern-Tuscany coast on the Tyrrhenian sea is incredibly beautiful and often awarded the blue flag status for its clean waters and unspoilt seascape. Just over a mile from Pineta d'Argento is Castiglione della Pescaia, a renowned coastal village with an impressive castle perched on a hilltop overlooking the sea. In summer it becomes a lively resort with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, along with music and gastronomic festivals. Within a ten-mile radius is the exclusive seaside resort of Punta Ala, famous for its yacht and golf clubs, as well as for its stunning scenery. A little further afield are also the picturesque medieval villages of Massa Marittima and Suvereto, the Castle of Populonia with its spectacular sea view, the volcanic black sand in the Gulf of Baratti and the Etruscan Necropolis nearby. For an unforgettable day at sea, you can board a ferry in Piombino and reach Isola d’Elba and Isola del Giglio. Everywhere you go you will discover something amazing!
