Two huge terraces overlooking the sea provide a spectacular setting to your lazy morning breakfasts and dinners al fresco, sheltered by hibiscus, agavi plants and maritime pine trees.

The indoor accommodation is split on two levels with the main entrance at the top floor to maximise the access to the terraces from most rooms. The pool has been designed on a raised terrace to enhance the impact of the surrounding views whilst giving the impression you are swimming in the sea a few hundred metres below. This sense of suspension between sea and sky is what makes Perla di Mare unique, yet conveniently situated a stone’s throw away from the pebble beach, with bars and restaurants, and the buzzing life of Positano and Ravello.

The whole coastline stretching from the Gulf of Naples to the Gulf of Salerno is a spectacular scenic route proudly preserved by the UNESCO World Heritage, dotted with countless rocky coves, dramatic cliffs and picturesque whitewashed villages set against the cobalt-blue Tyrrhenian sea. The best way to enjoy the beauty of this natural landscape is from the sea itself. Many trips run from nearby Sorrento, a day trip to the islands of Capri or Ischia is a must, as is a visit to the fascinating Roman archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano or a visit to Mount Vesuvius where you can climb to the crater and admire the views over the Bay of Naples.
