Each piece of period furniture has been tastefully selected to find its ideal setting in this elegant villa, in combination with vaulted ceilings, ivory floors and bright mosaics. All bedrooms, arranged over two floors, are fresh and simply decorated, with doors opening onto the terrace or garden, air conditioning and electric awnings to keep the rooms cool.

The whitewashed walls of this typical Mediterranean villa create a striking contrast against the intense colour of the sea and the surrounding lush vegetation of the garden. Rare to find on such a steep island, the sizeable garden has enchanting pathways winding through mature trees, scented lavender and rosemary bushes, colourful oleanders and past romantic pergolas with panoramic views over the sea and mainland Campania. The kidney-shaped pool is certainly one of the highlights of this splendid villa, almost suspended between the sky and the sea.

A private chauffeured car is at the guests’ disposal every time they wish to leave the villa to reach Piazza Vittoria, the heart of Anacapri, where a taxi can easily be hired to hassle-free explore the Island of Capri, its villages, boutiques and trendy restaurants and cafes. Anacapri, the highest and historic centre of the island, is only a five-minute drive from Mito di Capri. It is worth discovering every corner of Capri and its many vistas: so why not start from a boat visit to Capri’s Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra), an amazing cove where the intense blue tones of its interior and the silvery light emanating from the objects immersed in its waters create a unique, magical atmosphere.
