Il Pescatore consists of a main villa and two annexes, one being separate accommodation, the other a 'wellness centre' with sauna and jacuzzi. Modern fittings incorporated into the original structure include underfloor heating and cooling systems, according to the time of year. All ensuite bedrooms are comfortably appointed with modern terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The grounds are large and spacious, providing many areas for relaxing and enjoying the splendid views across the surrounding rolling countryside. Fishing in the small private lake in front of the villa would make a pleasant activity during your holiday; rods and other equipment can be obtained from a hypermarket twenty-five minutes away.

The property is well located for day trips to many of Tuscany's most picturesque towns; Siena in approximately thirty minutes, Montepulciano, Cortona, Montalcino and charming villages such as Greve-in-Chianti within an hour. For some shopping therapy there are also several outlet stores including Prada, Gucci and Armani within a forty-minute drive of this luxury large villa rental in Tuscany.
