The Escape boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is easy living on two floors on 350 sqm with wrap around terraces. Inside and outside merge seamlessly. No matter where you decide to recline there is a view. For the cooler evenings in spring or autumn n the fireplace invites you to relax. The music system soothes the nerves and Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected to the real world. The interior was collected around the world from London's Portobello Road to Bali and Africa. Boho chic and designer pieces sit side by side.

About the Area

Should the heated pool, the garden and mesmerizing views not be enough for you, there is plenty on offer locally. Ascona and Locarno, with the world famous Film and Music Festivals, are a mere 30 min drive away, as are numerous picturesque towns and villages on the lake If you are looking to explore Lago Maggiore, the owners 28-foot Crownline boat can be hired with a captain for day trips to the world-famous Borromean Islands and other destinations.

Getting around

The train station Pino - Tronzano is a 5 mi walk from the house. There a trains every 2 hours to Milan Malpensa (travel time 1.40 hours). The connection to Zurich via Bellinzona is also very good. You do need a car to shop in nearby Maccagno or Luino.
