Nestled in the middle of a 6000 m2 plot, between palm trees, olive trees and inspired landscaped garden with grass, bed flowers, small soccer field and basketball playground, this 500m2 bright white contemporary house with its private pool has been redesigned by a couple of engineer and designer for its own use and therefore combines very high standards of lifestyle with serene family life. Panoramic sea views on the select Komeno area, the Marina Yacht Club and the old port of Corfu Town and the clear inside of the house with its large openings are certainly what impresses more at first glance.

On the ground floor black and white color contrasts, noble white marble floors, paintings, imposing mirrors and eccentric Swarovski lightings, handmade mahogany furniture and some others trendy of Kartell 's collection will satisfy distinctive visitors. The two sits office in its splashes of red fringes curtains with black varnish sliding doors is perfect to combine holiday time with important business obligations. In the living room foreground, the one plan fully equipped kitchen with its proper outdoor veranda under the lilac trees and views on the swimming pool is a lovely area for breakfast time or dinner in privacy. Just a few steps from there, outdoor living for kids and parents is the kingdom of joy and recklessness.

On the first level the house offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with shared bathroom/shower and one glamorous master bedroom with large openings decorated with expensive fabrics and tiles and fitted out with a large terrace on breathtaking sea views. The entire grass landscaped area with its gentle slope, perfect to preserve the children's safety, is surrounded by a thick forest of various trees and leads to the very relaxing flat pool level. The pool veranda is featured with cozy furniture, the perfect spot for indolent farniente. On the side of the garden a second veranda with wooden ceiling houses a bar, a barbecue and a concrete made dining table, probably the most attractive place for al fresco meals or summer cocktails under the stars.

Besides its glamorous aspect, the eco-sensitive part of the property has been developed with caution: 6 solar panels, water treatment, water tank, drilling system.
