LOWER LEVEL

6 guest rooms with king/queen size bed, individual entrance and balcony doors, with en suite bathroom and kitchenette. Sea view/access to balcony. Parking space for 5 cars and easy access of supplies to the house by car.

SAFTEY FEATURES

Smoke detectors; Carbon monoxide detectors; Alarm system easy to arm/disarm by use of tabs. All main doors of the villa and guest rooms are electromagnetic safety doors with auto lock system, open/close without the need of a key but only with use of tab. Electrical slide doors equipped with controls for access to authorized people only. Featured on the entry level is a safety room with electric/magnetic safety door and build in safe as well as phone, monitors of external cameras, alarm, and water closet (W.C.).
