Acanthus is a marvelous summer residence bearing a typical Cycladic style and located in the area of Magganies, where the characteristic squared architecture and the pristine white surfaces standout amongst the vivacious garden of lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean vegetation.

The property is located to the far left of a large estate composed of four private properties all included in our portfolio, in an unparalleled waterfront position and a location that grants privacy while being conveniently located to the famous Soros beach and the charming Mykonos Town.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by an airy open space, which includes the stylish living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the indoor dining area; this area is the focal point of the villa’s layout as it allows easy access to all the bedrooms and the ample outdoor terrace. The atmosphere appears informal but the care for detail is evident throughout giving a sophisticated tone to the minimal furnishing. The predominating colours are warm earth-based tones with suggestive dashes of red-based colours, giving a welcoming charm to this level which hosts the property’s master bedroom and a further guest bedroom, sharing access to a balcony with splendid views towards the island of Paros. The remaining three guest bedrooms are all located on a lower level, two of which spill onto the property’s waterfront infinity pool.

Outdoors guests can decide whether they would like to relax under the swimming pool’s attractive pergola or sip an aperitif on the spacious outdoor terrace enhanced by summer furniture and all rigorously with a panoramic view of the Aegean sea, literally a few meters away. For those fond of sports the estate also includes a tennis court and a basketball court shared amongst the four properties.

Acanthus is definitely a very suggestive property, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a stylish, laid-back ambience immersed in a spectacular location overlooking the Aegean sea.
