The four ensuite bedrooms on the first floor have an underfloor cooling system, and air-conditioning on the ground floor ensuring the villa remains cool even on the hottest day.

The immaculate, enclosed grounds are ideally suited to children with a removeable fence around the infinity pool and play house with a slide. The villa boasts a magnificient sea view from both the garden and first floor terrace; a peaceful place with total privacy. Stroll down the elegant staircase to the spacious living areas with large french windows opening onto the garden and terrace. Imagine sitting there with a cocktail or a glass of chilled wine as the sun goes down over Monaco and the surrounding area.

Whilst you may not wish to leave this stunning villa, you are a short drive to La Turbie with a plethora of bars and restaurants. Alternatively, blow the budget in the Casino in Monaco or have a drink in the adjoining Cafe de Paris. People travel far and wide to visit the Friday market in Ventimiglia, just 16 miles away by road, or a lovely coastal train ride. Follow a lively morning at the market by an authentic Italian gelato, then back across to France at the end of the day to dine in the Michelin starred Chevre d'Or in Eze, just 3 miles or so from the villa.
