Two large terraces: the first has a 11m x 9m circular, heated pool (depth: 1m-2m), built-in charcoal barbecue, very small lawn area adjacent to pool. A small bridge leads to a second, large terrace overlooking the town, further outdoor dining, badminton net (racquets & shuttlecocks available). Due to its town centre location this villa has neighbouring properties - careful planting has been done to screen the pool terrace and enhance privacy. Off-road parking for 2 cars.
