This luxury villa is quietly situated in the quarter “ Les Marres”, about 3 km’s from the centre of Saint-Tropez and 5 minutes driving to the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa (420m²) consists of a large living room with fire place and Home cinema, dining room opening onto the covered terrace, sitting room with television and a well equipped kitchen.

On the garden level are 4 double bed rooms with en-suite bath rooms and dressings. On the downstairs’ level is another double bed room with a small kitchen (for staff). Outside you will find a separate apartment with a double bed, en-suite bath room and dressing. All the bed rooms have AC and television and 4 bed rooms have a private terrace or direct access to the garden.

In the beautiful landscaped garden you will find the swimming pool with sun beds, a Jacuzzi with bar and fridge, a golf practice (with bunker) and a jeu-de-boules course.
