This cosy 3 bedroom apartment (120m²) is located on the first floor of a 19th century building. The apartment has parquet floors, decorative moldings and original marble fireplaces.

The entrance door opens into a hall that links all the rooms. The Living-room has beautiful mable fireplaces, sofa, TV & Bluray DVD, 2 armchairs and desktop computer. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night tables, TV & bluray DVD. It has a private bathroom with sink and shower.

The second and the third bedrooms are furnished with the king-size beds that can be separated in twin beds. There is a full sized built in wardrobes and night tables. The separate kitchen has windows which face the courtyard. It is equipped with four gasburner stopped by a cookerhood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and washer/dryer combo.

There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom contains a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette, and a towel-drying rack. The other bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate WC there.

The most attractive and historic area of the Seine River's Left Bank, the Parisian core of the most chic fashion shops and select restaurants as well as the famous cafes, such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore. The apartment is surrounded by art galleries, fashion shops, and nice restaurants...

Many of the most popular sites in Paris are just a short walk away, including le Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower!

Our very favourite terrace in Paris is le Faus! This amazing place is located not far from this apartment at the foot of the Esplanade des Invalides in the centre of the 7th arrondissement under the Pont Alexandre III, Paris’ most beautiful bridge. To us, this is the new must in the capital: chic and classic. Enjoy a nice glass of pink champagne while you watch the sun set over the Seine!
