Saint Germain Prestige is a luxurious 2 bedroom property located on the famous and desirable Rue du Bac. This property is a stone's throw from the River Seine and a less than 5 minute walk from the historic Musee du Louvre.

Saint Germain Prestige is extremely spacious at 120 metres squared and it's decor is at the height of Parisian style and glamour. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator in a traditional French building. The property opens up on to the modern kitchen which leads through to the large dining area which could seat six people for dinner. There is also a separate 40 metres squared living area with a chic sofa area and a fabulous billiards table. This spacious living room is framed by beautiful and original oak beams which line the ceilings.

This property contains two double bedrooms which each have their own bathroom. The second double bedroom can be made in to a double or two single beds, making this apartment and ideal backdrop to a dream Parisian holiday for a family or group of friends alike.

Our very favourite terrace in Paris is le Faust !This amazing place is located not far from this apartment at the foot of the Esplanade des Invalides in the centre of the 7th arrondissement under the Pont Alexandre III, Paris’ most beautiful bridge. To us, this is the new must in the capital: chic and classic. Enjoy a nice glass of pink champagne while you watch the sun set over the Seine!
