A truely amazing luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse apartment with a great terrace with jacuzzi and increadible sea views.

The apartment is located in a closed park, which includes a tennis and beautiful gardens, in the lower ‘Californie’ area.

The living area is beautifully decorated and spacious with a dining table in one corner, right next to the open kitchen. When sliding the paintings on the wall the white walls can be used as a screen for watching films, a cinema at home !

The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern amenities necessary, dish washer, fridge, freezer, coffee machine etc.

The Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is also decorated in a modern yet warm style. There are stairs leading up to a dressing room, so there is plenty of storage space. There is an en-suite open shower and toilet. The sea view from this room is very enjoyable.

Both of the other two bedrooms have their en-suite shower room. One of these bedrooms is on the first floor which one can reach by walking up the spiral staircase. This bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a fold out sofa for two persons but could be changed with a single bed if only one person is sleeping here and more space would be appreciated.

The most amazing thing about this property is the vast terrace which overlooks the bay of Cannes and the two islands. Here one can dine, relax in the lounge area, sunbath or enjoy the Jacuzzi. One can always find shade during the hot summer as the whole terrace roof can be opened or closed so whether one seeks sun or shade there will be a place.

This property is only available during the Summer and for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday. The rental price includes 3 hours cleaning during your stay.
