Grounds:
This house is built into the cliffs and although the grounds are large, they are steeply terraced and not suitable for young children. At the entrance to the villa is a small annex housing a gym (use equipment at own risk - no under 16s). To gain access to the villa from here you can either use the lift, or drive up to an additional parking area on the upper level. All levels of the villa enjoy stunning sea views. The 5m x 3m pool is surrounded on two sides by decking and separated from inside the villa by a glass wall. From the pool deck, open tread wooden stairs lead up to the outdoor dining terrace.
