This modern villa is spacious, light and airy, with large glass windows and doors making the most of the spectacular views; wake up each morning to the dreamy vista of forested hills gently sloping towards the Mediterranean sea, just under ten miles away. On a clear day you can even spot Corsica! Enjoy leisurely meals al fresco on the large dining terrace, or simply relax by the pool while the more energetic amuse themselves on the mutli-sports court with a choice of short tennis, volleyball, badminton and basketball.

Within a few minutes' walk downhill (it will take longer coming back as it is uphill!) is Tourrettes-sour-Loup's bustling village centre, with a weekly Provencal market, art galleries and a wealth of craft shops and restaurants to choose from. Further afield, Vence and St-Paul-de-Vence boast a rich artistic heritage and museums linked to famed artists who lived in the area. All along the Cote d'Azur, within easy driving distance from La Licorne, you will find renowned seaside resorts, such as Cagnes-sur-Mer, featuring a yachting harbour, lovely pebble beaches, a 14th century Chateau and the house of painter August Renoir. Cap d'Antibes is another jewel of the French Riviera and a symbol of luxury living. If you are travelling with children, make sure not to miss Marineland aquatic park, showcasing all sorts of Mediterranean and Tropical sealife.
