The enormous modern kitchen extension with sitting area features a five metre island unit – perfect for catering and can sit 16 or more for supper. The formal dining room can sit 16 or more and enjoys views over the common (park) opposite. For the summer months there is an outdoor eating area, gas barbecue and patio heater. The 34 foot living room has two fireplaces and a library area for relaxing.

 

There are five double bedrooms with double beds, one single bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and optional pull-out beds and mattresses for additional guests.

Dining room: 14 foot by 21foot Sits 14-16 (please advise exact numbers and tables will be set out), marble fireplace (wood-burning logs provided). Ideal for formal dinners or Sunday lunches.
