High on the peak of a mountain overlooking White Bay Beach and nearby Norman Island, this spectacular villa estate offers the utmost in luxury and privacy. This gated 22,000-square-foot estate features a main house with two additional “pod” buildings flanking each side, with the focal points being the views, infinity pool and waterfall. Indigenous stone, massive wooden beams, and hand-troweled stucco walls give a garden-villa atmosphere to the interior, while an enormous wraparound veranda, outside bar, cabana and zero-entry pool all take advantage of the astonishing 180-degree views.

The main villa contains a large entry hall, a spacious two-story great room, two kitchens, dining room, wet bar, media room, spa room, fitness center, and two master suites—each a lavish 2,250 square-feet, equipped with its own foyer, office, and en-suite bath. Connected by winding stone paths, the other two pod villas have two master suites, each with their own entrances, patios and incredible views.

Falcon’s Nest is available on an Estate only basis or Full Service Inclusive basis. The Full Service option includes the services of a butler and chef, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as non-alcoholic beverages for up to 12 guests. Housekeeping service is provided twice daily on either plan. Regardless of the plan chosen, the Villa Director will oversee every aspect of the perfect villa stay as personalization through customization is what we do best at Peter Island Resort and Spa.
