L'Anse Aux Epines House & Tower is ideally suited for family reunions, multi-generation holidays, weddings, events, retreats, getaways, and groups. Guests of all ages enjoy the idyllic seclusion of this luxury estate and its lush tropical gardens. Watch spectacular sunsets reflected in our grand, infinity-edge swimming pool — the finest private pool in the West Indies. Our deep water dock and moorings can accommodate your yacht, sailboat or power boats. An English colonial style estate house whose architecture dates back to the early 1800’s. The house is set on 2 acres of delightful and private gardens which encompass a number of walkways, quiet hideaways and a 20 foot waterfall. There is a tiny beach, 200 feet of waterfront and a long private dock – ideal for swimming or simply ‘chilling’.

The ‘Main House’ extends to over 10,000 ft², has 7 ensuite bedrooms, 2 living rooms including an excellent media room, dining/kitchen/pool area, extensive verandas and 2 Tiki huts. All bedrooms are ensuite and most have four poster beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, CD/DVD Satellite TV, phones and internet.

The ‘Sugar Mill Tower’ has 2 ensuite bedrooms a kitchen/bar and covered verandas, a small plunge pool and access to a long private swimming dock (shared only with the main house). All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen TV, CD/DVD players, satellite TV.

The swimming pool is the finest private pool in the West Indies. 65 foot infinity edge, 9 feet deep. A child-friendly beach entry area can be roped off. The deep water dock can handle yachts. There are 2 yacht moorings available opposite the beach. Kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and snorkeling equipment are readily available. A local scuba diving school will collect guests directly from the house dock. There are two acres of lush tropical gardens with walkways among exotic fruits and plants. Outdoor seating areas, many quiet spots, Cabanas and more. A totally private property. Twelve-foot high walls and gates ensure privacy and security.
