Accessing through the main entrance guests will be guided to the heart of the villa, a large patio with beautiful and exuberant palm trees and views to the balconies on the second floor. Crossing the main hall is the living room with a sober and sophisticated taste that guides to the garden, the outdoor living, and the pool. On one of the wings is the fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, a modern finish and a kitchen island with a hob. Next to the living room is the dining room with a 10-seats glass table and a remarkable chandelier with over 30 bulbs.

On the second floor is a family room, with a wide TV, studio with desk and distinguished turbine-like fans. On this floor, there are four out of the five bedrooms, with access to the interior balcony. Two of them have 2 queen beds, a TV and an en-suite bathroom each. The third and the fourth bedrooms have a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom each. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ample space, TV, desk, en-suite bathroom and access to the garden.
