Bahia Minitas 12 is a luxury vacation home located within the prestigious Casa de Campo resort, with award winning golf courses and the home of some of the best fishing in the world. You are within a gated and beautiful community made for those who love the outdoors and enjoy being within a resort villa program rental. This is really all Location, location! One block to the beach and walking distance to Marina! The villa features 10 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms with 1 King size beds each + bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds each + bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 6 Twin size beds + bathroom. So when we say "bring the whole family" we really mean it.

As well as having lots of bedrooms, the villa features lots of Open Spaces in a beautiful Tropical Setting. A perfect house for entertaining your family and adding a little Dominican Spice to your life. Casa de Campo style Villa, fully-equipped with air-conditioning in bedrooms, living room and dining room. Dining room sits up to 32 guests. Two additional open living rooms with bar and open terraces. Bar/kitchenette. A/C media room with 50” plasma TV, CD, DVD. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Plasma TVs in all bedrooms. Designer furnished by renowned Palacios and Palacios Outdoors for your comfort and style. You will mot find a lack of space when you come to our beautiful Bahia Minitas 12.

All guest must pay a resort fee of $25/day for adults, and $12/children (4-12yrs). This gives you access to the resort beach and pools as well as a charge card for resort hotels and bars. There is an additional fee for use of the resort facilities per person. That will average 200/450 per week per person. This is a fee for use of other services on site. Please ask if you would like to utilize this as a part of your rental. Golf cart rentals are also additional and range from 60-200 per. day, depending on size and availability.

International interest for acquiring and renting beach front or golf villas has increased tremendously in the last 10 years due to the vicinity of the island to the mainland US (3 hours from New York and 2 hours from Miami). La Romana Aiport is just 10 min away from your villa, the Punta Cana Airport just 35-45 min away, and the Santo Domingo Aiport 45 min away, making this into a very accessible spot.
