Arriving at the top of our winding driveway, your breath will be taken away by 180° views overlooking the magnificent Grace Bay Beach and the entire North shore of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Our luxury Villa is situated on a 60 foot bluff, with views of turquoise waters and its own stair access to ¼ mile of secluded sandy beach below. All part of the Princess Alexandra National Park, from your own deck chair, you can enjoy the terns, brown pelicans, osprey, hawks, egrets and other birds feeding on the bluff and in the ocean below. The Turks and Caicos Islands are known for their spectacular wall dives. Here at Stargazer you get the best of both worlds over-looking those very walls, but also spoilt with some of the island's best snorkeling straight off the beach in front of our Villa. For those that get to enjoy this breathtaking panoramic view at night, overlooking the lights of Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina and the entire North shore, you will feel on top of the world, well at least on the top of this Caribbean island.

Enjoy this 2.4 acre gated and very private property with all the amenities that one could possibly desire. Within its 15,000 square feet of air conditioned living space Stargazer has 6 bedrooms, a gourmet professional kitchen, a games area with pool table, dining rooms, 7 1/2 bathrooms, a sitting room, an 8 seat home theatre with a 10 foot screen and HD projector and an 8.2 Levinson Revel-Salon sound system, a gym and Pilates room and a professional dance studio. For those who want to get away, but not get away, the Villa has broadband wired and wireless internet service, two all-in-one computers and printers, cable TV with premium movie channels and 500 DVDs, and for the kids an X-box 360 with a library of games.

This is all just inside; outside at our Villa you will indulge your days with a professionally finished lighted tennis court, sauna, hot tub, two swimming pools, magnificent private gardens, secluded seating areas, a hammock, numerous fruit trees and many native plants, expansive decks and patios and a secret grotto with a waterfall and a pond stocked with turtles. Our Villa also offers tennis, snorkel and kayak gear included.

We are located on the North shore of Providenciales in the Sirus Cove area, between Turtle Cove and Thompson's Cove, Turks and Caicos Islands.

The property also houses the only observatory in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The three semi-professional telescopes are available to qualified observers. Casual observers may contact the owner and weather permitting, and if on island, he would be pleased to set up an hour of observing.
