The ‘Guest House’, comprised of the 2nd and 3rd floor, is a two bedroom Turks and Caicos villa, loft and outstanding veranda with beautiful views. The building sits at the end of a private winding pathway behind the main beachfront villa, known as the ‘Beach House’.

Owned by the same family for three generations, Windrose Estate has been cared for with pride, passion and love. When the Beach House is rented separately, access to Grace Bay Beach from the duplex is via the public access, right next door, adjacent to Windsong Resort. A two minute walk and you’re on the 12 mile stretch of glorious ‘sand and sea’ of the famed Grace Bay beach, in near proximity to snorkeling, water sports, restaurants, nightlife and more.

The Guest House (upper floor pictured above): This Hemmingway-style duplex has two bedrooms and ensuite baths, as well as a loft that sleeps two in twin beds. A combo kitchen-living area features modern appliances and all the linens, and kitchenware needed for a private getaway. This charming Turks and Caicos villa accommodation has a separate beach access when rented separately from the Beach House, and a large veranda with a partial view of Grace Bay Beach.
