Relax on your own stretch of world-famous beach at Sunsara. Set on the white sands and turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach in the exclusive community of Leeward, the recently remodeled three-bedroom villa is a private hideaway in a gorgeous location. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all, but shopping, dining, golf and tennis are just a short drive away, too.

Sunsara opens to a terrace with sitting and dining areas and a large freshwater pool surrounded by chaise longues and a hammock. A stroll across the lush lawn brings you to a waterfront deck and a 100-foot stretch of beach. Stay safe in the water with the provided flotation devices, rinse off after a swim in the outdoor shower, have a game on the lawn with the croquet set, prep local seafood on the barbecue and enjoy cocktails in the air-conditioned bar area with iPod sync. For the evenings, the villa has indoor and outdoor TVs, a sound system, board games, Wi-Fi access and air conditioning.

The interiors of Sunsara are contemporary and neutral, with ocean-inspired shades of sandy beige upholstery, turquoise accents and dark wood furniture in the open-plan living and dining areas. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors mean the living spaces can be opened to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, minimalist flat-front cabinets and sleek stainless steel appliances.

Each of the villa’s three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, air conditioning, a sitting area and blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fans, walk-in closet and opens to the terrace. A second bedroom has a queen bed, private entrance, garden view and terrace access, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and an ocean view.

Guests of Sunsara have direct access to Grace Bay Beach. From the villa, it’s a 3-minute drive to Turks & Caicos Golf and 3 miles to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and nightlife in Grace Bay, as well as Princess Alexandra National Park. It’s about 6 miles to Turks & Caicos Island Tennis Club, 9 miles to the airport, 10 miles to Providenciales and 12 miles to Cheshire Hall. If you’d like to explore the island’s other beaches, Long Bay Beach is about 4 miles away and Coral Gardens Reef is 5 miles away.
