Charlotte House was built into the lush green hillside at Galleon Beach, enjoying stunning views of Freeman's Bay, and the historic sites of Fort Berkeley and Nelson's Dockyard on the opposite side of the bay. To the quarter mile white-sand beach it is an easy 1 minute stroll via the beach gate below the pool. This Colonial-style residence with private infinity pool was built on 2 levels and accommodates 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The main living level at Charlotte House features an open-plan kitchen with adjoining living area, which opens up to the covered verandah on two sides. The covered verandah offers comfortable areas for outdoor dining and entertaining. Also on the main level you have the Master Bedroom, which opens onto a separate part of the covered verandah, furnished with comfy chairs and enjoying great views.

An internal staircase leads to the lower garden level, where you have Bedrooms 2 and 3. These 2 bedrooms are perfect for a couple with young children. Both bedrooms open up to the covered, garden level patio with beautiful views of the colorful, tropical garden.

Bedroom 4 is located in a separate building across the courtyard. This bedroom affords the most privacy and has its own private sundeck. Sitting up a bit higher than the main house, as it is set back further into the hillside, also this bedroom enjoys stunning ocean views.
