Tranquil Tides Villa is a luxury villa that overlooks the water and sand.It is being offered at reasonable prices. It has panoramic views of Shoal Bay East, which is frequently voted the most beautiful beach in the world, and is known for the powder soft white sand and turquoise waters. The villa is gated with a security system and is a peaceful walk or short drive to Shoal Bay East beach ; less than 1/4 mile away. It highlights an oversized great room, which overlooks the ocean , and four large bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV/DVD ,generous closets and en-suite bathrooms. There are two additional outdoor shower areas on the second floor .Designer furniture and linens abound . First and second floor decks offer spacious covered and uncovered areas with indoor and outdoor dinning options.

The freshwater infinity pool and heated hot tub both overlook the ocean. Below the pool, you will find the newly built bocce court surrounded by oleander flowers. Fresh fruit trees, and an herb garden are yours to enjoy during your stay . The proximity to the white sands of Shoal Bay East and the wonderful restaurants and beach bars situated nearby makes for an ideal island location. An extensive DVD and book library are available for your use , as are numerous yard and beach games. Exercise room with TV/DVD is also available . Ocean breezes and turquoise waters , luxurious furnishings and surroundings, comfort and relaxation ,beautiful ocean views and sunsets, all await you. We have a quiet location , away from the current construction at zemi beach project .
