The cozy Petit Topaz is a duplex villa for two to four guests with a bedroom downstairs and an additional sleeping loft upstairs Approximately 675 square feet per floor, the Petit Topaz also offers guests an enclosed, private courtyard (approximately 265 square feet of private, enclosed outdoor space) and private outdoor hot tub. Guests staying at the Petit Topaz also have private access to the beach via a private walkway. The resort includes a fitness center, two tennis courts as well as 42 acres of undeveloped land. Located at a private enclave at the resort, the Petit Topaz is well-suited for newlyweds or for a couples retreat.

Enjoy this villa just steps to the beach, with access to all of the amenities such as a personal concierge, maid service, night security guard, tailored activities, and tennis court. The Petit is the most exclusive space in this group and perfect for a couple or 2-3 friends. Continental breakfast is included in the daily rate, with additional meals available on an a la carte basis.

Guests at the Petit Topaz have access to the gym, tennis court, and nearby pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be set up by our staff at our guests' request. The swimmable portion of the beach is a short walk away just to the right of our villas.

We provide full access to our on-site concierge and butler service, which can arrange a variety of activities catered to your interests, as well as gourmet meals and sightseeing excursions. Full time staff at the property includes maid service, a gardener, night security guard, and caretaker. Please note there is no restaurant on-site, however there is a small kitchenette in the Petit Topaz available for light meal prep, and there are plentiful dining options throughout the island, as well as a wonderful Italian Restaurant, Trattoria Tramonto, under a 10-minute walk down the beach.

This property was recently renovated with a focus on its long-term sustainability and weather resistance. Accordingly, Category 5 hurricane-resistant exterior windows and doors were installed, surge wall protection was added, and the property's main electrical transformers and distribution panels were elevated.
