The exterior, all patio and window frames are trimmed with handpicked, cut and polished Anguillian rock. The exterior offers a pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs for outside dining and a gas barbeque grill.

Grounds have been newly landscaped featuring, Frangipani, Coconut trees, Cacti, Desert Rose, Ginger Thomas to name a few, fenced and with a frontal wall and electrically operated gate with video intercom system to ensure your privacy.
