Kandara is a chic, tropical villa located on Anguilla’s West End. This 8,000 square foot home takes up an acre of land and enjoys gorgeous sunsets.

Perfectly manicured palm trees, flowers, and hedges are planted around the villa’s lawn. There’s a sundeck on the far end of the lawn and wide-open ocean views. A set of stairs leads down to the villa’s private cove and slice of the sea. A glass-encased infinity pool bridges the lawn and the terrace, and there’s lounging space under the poolside gazebo.

Glass walls and sliding doors lead into the fully air-conditioned interior, which has a security system, SONOS, and WiFi throughout. The common area has two powder rooms, a large kitchen, dining, and a living room. The kitchen has ultra-modern appliances, luxe marbled countertops, and an open design. The dining room opens to the terrace, and seats 8 around a wood and marble table. Lastly, the living room has comfortable lounging furniture, a Smart TV with satellite, ocean views, and access to the pool deck.

All six bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and a media center. Every suite has a king bed, so the villa is great for couples’ retreats or family vacations with older children. Kandara offers 24/7 concierge service, daily housekeeping, nightly turn down service, and complimentary breakfast. Its staffed with a personal shopper, chef (with the inclusive rate options), butler, laundress, pool man, maintenance man, and a gardener.

Anguilla’s West End peninsula is largely undeveloped, but there’s several restaurants within a short eastward drive. There’s several beaches along the northern and southern coast just minutes away, like Shoal Bay West, Maundays Bay, Barnes Bay, and Cove Bay. Meads Bay has several restaurants and beach shacks, and is 10-15 minutes away.
