Newly constructed every piece tile laid, every custom counter and piece furnishing is distinguishable. The house sits on its own private beach, as you exit you will find that no one, not even a neighbor, can ruin your perfect holiday. The house is perfectly situated and harmonious with plant life, beaches and natural features of the house.

The in and out layout makes you feel as if you are dining under the stars every night. Take a glass of wine and step out onto the beautifully laid hardwood deck and retreat to a wonderful fire-pit pavilion. There is seating for 10 to 12 guests where you can enjoy the absolutely breath-taking ocean views or simply enjoy your time away at our lovely estate. If you feel like taking a dip we have the most incredible Jacuzzi and heated negative edge pool. Basque on our sunning deck or enjoy a lap or two around the pool, overlooking the ocean.

5 bedrooms main house (sleeps up to 10 guests) 4 king masters and one twin master with option of king. Two bedroom guest cottage located at the property entrance (queen and twin bedrooms). guest cottage has a full kitchen & living area. All bedrooms in main house have flat screen TV’s and en-suite bathrooms.
