Guest Bedroom 1 - on the West wing - King bed, pool, water and garden views, ensuite shower/tub combo, vessel sink, closet, TV, AC, ceiling fan, walks out to pool and canal. Pelican beach also known as Leeward beach is a short 3 min drive away and over 8 miles of white powdery sand beach, gin clear turquoise water and romantic sunsets. Known to be off the beaten path this beach is not overrun by beach goers or condo guests, sometimes the only footprints you will see is your own.

A short walk around the corner is the amazing Salt restaurant and Bar for the most delicious freshly caught, blackened snapper you will taste in the islands. Also in the same location is a Supermarket, Deli, Spa and gourmet Fire and Ice restaurant. Big Blue unlimited watersports is on the same canal for diving, eco-kayak tours, paddle boarding, sailing and snorkelling.

Things to Do - For the water we provide 2 kayaks each with double seats and 2 standup paddle boards so you can enjoy the waterways as much as you like; complimentary this Summer. Just a few seconds away are boat charters that pick you up directly from your dock for fishing, sailing, scuba diving or snorkel tours. Should you decide to be more active, jet skiing is a short 4 min walk away at Caribbean Crusin or kiteboarding on Long Bay Beach with Kite Provo 6 min drive.
