Most tour operators will pick you up from the dock and we do have discounts on Sweet Seas for your fishing or snorkelling adventure. After a day on the sea, cool off by the Private saltwater pool, (heated as an option) or relax with a good book on the ocean view balcony.

Pelican Beach is the most sought after spot along Grace Bay and is 4 minutes drive away. This beach is breathtaking, powdery white sand, turquoise water, calm tide with a visibility of 80 percent from shore. Here beach combing and basking in the sunset are favourite past time. Do not want to drive? Take a leisurely bike ride and enjoy the neighbourhood.

The entryway opens up to an expansive open concept living and dining room with direct views overlooking the turquoise ocean water, the Pool and Mangrove Cay. Accommodation - The villa uniquely boasts 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms - three King master suites with private bathrooms on the upper floor, each enjoying great breeze and a large balcony decked out with comfortable seating and loungers, two bedrooms on the Pool level, one Queen with en suite bathroom and the other a Trundle bed with half bath.

The bedrooms are large. The upper master bedrooms features large ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and closets, King beds, Televisions, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large windows with beautiful views of the water. Guest bedroom on Pool level has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combination, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large windows and closet. Bonus room has a Trundle twin bed and half bath, ceiling fan, air conditioning and large window. All bedrooms are equipped with Plush Egyptian cotton linens.and soft terry towels.

A fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you need for a gourmet meal or a simple salad, is off the open concept dining and living area and faces the water. Do not want to cook, hire a private chef to take you on a journey of mouthwatering flavors of the island (additional charges apply)*.

A BBQ grill, outdoor shower by the water, chaise loungers and dining by the poolside completes the outdoors. Inside dining for 8 at the table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast counter.

Comfort - The entire villa is Air conditioned and controlled by individual remotes to cool each room as desired. Bath amenities are provided for you along with cosmetic towels and hair dryers. Oh, you do not have to pack heavy, we have a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.
