The sweeping driveway and dock on two sides extending approximately 200 foot, coupled with lush landscaping, over 300 degrees of stunning views, access to the open ocean and total privacy, make Rockspray an unforgettable waterfront retreat.

This stunning Providenciales vacation rental sits on the water’s edge of the Chalk Sound marine park, an environmentally protected magnificent body of water. There is minimal boat traffic so you enjoy swimming ‘al fresco’ if you choose, or use the kayak in the protected waters. Nearby, a mere three minute walk, is the pretty Sapodilla beach. But let’s not forget that Rockspray also has a small private beach of her own!!

Our Turks & Caicos villa rental contains two king bedrooms with en suite bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the water. Access the water via steps from the deck or take a three minute stroll to Sapodilla Beach, one of the island’s prettiest beaches.

Rock Spray Villa features Brazilian wood kitchen cabinets with wooden counter tops, open plan living, dining room and kitchen and classic Palladian french doors to enjoy the gorgeous waterside views. Dine elegantly either indoors or in the casual atmosphere of one of the wrap-around deck

The Owner provides linens, beach towels, kitchen equipment, TV, telephone, washer/dryer, maid service before and after the rental period. Cribs, high chairs, baby equipment, beach chairs, bikes, etc., are not included. Baby equipment can be rented through a third party on request at the time of booking at additional cost.
