The property is made complete with a stylish and vibrant pool and hot tub, golf putting green, indoor fitness room, and a handful of special kiteboarder amenities, such as keyless entry systems, and convenient kite cleaning and gear storage areas. Please note these amenities are shared with the five companion villas.

Villa Emerald is the estate’s principle residence and features 2 en-suite bedrooms that are ideal for a party of 4. You’ll have incredible views of Long Bay from your open-plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and ocean facing terrace.

Villa Turquoise offers 2 en-suite bedrooms that are perfectly suited for 4 guests. Whether you’re relaxing in the bedrooms, preparing a delicious meal in the open-plan kitchen, or experiencing the refreshing sea breeze from the lounge or front terrace, you’ll always have the sparkling ocean as your backdrop.

Villa Aquamarine is one-bedroom beachfront retreat for 2. The king size en-suite bedroom, full kitchen, lounge, and ocean and garden view terraces, provide an amazing setting for a peaceful vacation.

Villa Indigo has one bedroom and is positioned within the gardens of Caicias Villas estate and offers an elevated view of the newly built swimming pool, golf putting green, and naturally designed landscaping. Perfect for 2 guests or a family with one child (extra bed available upon request), this vacation rental has a large en-suite bedroom, lounge, full kitchen, and two open-plan terraces.

Villa Sapphire offers 2 large en-suite bedrooms and has an elevated perspective of the inviting swimming pool and golf putting green. Complete with a spacious lounge with two open-plan terraces, and a full kitchen, this villa provides a luxurious destination for 4 people.

Studio Sapphire’s modern layout is a welcoming place for 2 guests. Complete with a bedroom and bathroom, open-plan lounge, and private ground-level terrace, it’s a stylish retreat located just steps away from your swimming pool and hot tub.
