Villa One, located on the shores of Simpson Bay Lagoon in Point Pirouette, is perfect for boating enthusiasts. This waterfront villa offers 3 bedrooms and direct access to the water from its private dock.

The sunny waterfront terrace with its L-shaped private pool is fronted by natural stone arches framing the beautiful view that stretches across the water to Maho Resort and Mullet Bay Golf course in the distance.

The bright and white interior space includes a spacious air-conditioned living area that steps down from the entrance with tall windows overlooking the terrace and water. A sleek white galley kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances is set to the left of the entrance and serves a dining area that overlooks the living room.

Two of the three bedrooms open from the living area. Bedroom one enjoys a view over the terrace and has a king-size four-poster bed, a walk-in closet and an all-white contemporary en-suite bathroom with a large open rain shower. The second bedroom with a garden view has a king-size bed and bathroom with a shower that can also be accessed from the living room as a guest bath. Bedroom three has a separate entrance and can be accessed from the pool terrace. This bedroom features a queen-size bed and en-suite sparkling white bathroom with a rain shower. Sliding doors open out to the pool.

The villa also offers a game/exercise room equipped with a pool table and exercise bar. Added amenities also include a gas grill and exterior dining on both the pool and garden terraces.

The villa has private parking and is located within the gated community of Point Pirouette, conveniently situated within easy driving distance of beaches, restaurants, nightlife and the island’s international airport.
